Trish + Jordan | Cumberland Country Club

Ive only been to the Cumberland Country Club once prior to Trish and Jordans wedding. It was for a senior portrait session at the VERY start of my photo journey. We decided wading shirtless and getting photos fishing was a great idea. Ben was hilarious but thats a story for another time.

I loved seeing the rolling hills of the golf course and the club sat proud atop the hill. This wedding in particular was pretty special because my nephew Michael was joining me . Michael has his own dreams of having his own business but for now he works as a photographer for another large company taking portraits and me of course! When we arrived we instantly began photographing Trish and Jordans beautiful details! She put so much work into every little thing!

After capturing the details – those hoops are beautiful! We made our way to capture one of my favorite things (besides the bride and groom – duh) the dress. I love seeing howevery bride’s style is so different and the types of dresses everyone chooses! Trish looked so stunning in her halter  neck dress and her details matched her stunning gown perfectly.

Trish quickly got ready in the ladies locker rooms in the country club and it was just perfect for her to get dressed in! Down here, we also took the time to grab some quick photos with friends and family! This was just a very relaxed quiet time since Trish got hair and makeup ready before we arrived – everyone was very easy going and laid back. It’s nice being able to relax just before the ceremony.

The ceremony was beautiful a violinisit played music as guests waited. Fun fact I actually know the violinist! His name is Wesley and we actually went to high school together! He is actually partial inspirtation as to why I wanted to play violin. He is the reason in love with the instrument! I loved this ceremony and it was a treat to hear Jordan’s grandmother read her wedding wishes to the couple in her native language : german.  It was such a sweet moment!

After the ceremony it was time for one of my favorite times – portaits! Trish and Jordan wanted to include all of their guests and we got  a photo off all of their guests that attended the ceremony – something I’d LOVE to do more often for sure! After we got some family photos Trish, Jordan, and I were off! To the course I mean! It was truly so much fun buzzing around in a golf cart and capturing the love between the pair.

After driving around in golf carts we headed off to the reception; Trish and Jordan danced the night away and mingled with family and friends for the evening.

Thank you to Trish and Jordan for allowing me to capture your day it was absolutely amazing in every way and I feel so so honored!

Stay Inspired + Keep On Dreaming.
